TMBCC is fundraising to finish construction on the Kalachakra Hall.
Dear Friends of the Tibetan Mongolian Buddhist Cultural Center,
Our Center is over 40 years old. In those years, we have created many memories with teachings, ceremonies, and cultural events and our Center has hosted His Holiness the Dalai Lama many times. Time has passed and our Monastery is now in need of repairs. Many of our buildings are weathered and are showing the effects of time.
Additionally, in the past, we have remodeled and repaired our buildings with the generous contributions made by all of you. We so appreciate and rejoice in your merits.
We are now reaching out to you our friends, and asking for your help. Due to the pandemic, we have the time to do some needed repairs. But unfortunately, our Center is not generating much income. We also realize many of you, our supporters and friends, are having difficulties, but we are asking for your help and we are grateful for whatever support you can give us.
Last year a sponsor donated funds to build the “Kalachakra Hall” to be used for our Fire Pujas. The sponsor suggested the Hall because it could be used for our Pujas in all kinds of weather. The sponsor has donated more than half, 65 % of the cost. We also received a donation of a marble alter top for the Hall and we are very grateful for these generous donations. But we are in need of additional funds to finish the project.
Cost for the Kalachakra Hall is approximately $150,000.00 with a donor already sponsoring 65%.

As friends and donors, we realize that you are only able to support as much as you can. If you would like to sponsor just one thing, such as a door or window, we are very grateful for whatever you can give. But little by little any donation will help us maintain our Center, grow and thrive and continue our practice of Buddhism for the benefit of all sentient beings. The Buddhist tradition has relied upon the generosity of others, so please consider donating to this worthy cause.
